Delivery/Refund Information

Shipping: We ship all orders for the continental United States, Canada, and other International customers through USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box, USPS Ground (surface), or UPS.

Shipping Charges: We base our shipping charges on the courier's automated system. Our online shopping cart gets the shipping rate directly from the courier based on your address and the estimated weight/size of your package. If shipping seems high it may be because of your location, we ship all orders from our location in Honolulu, Hawaii (zip code: 96813). 

Return/Refund Policy: www.moanaquilts.com would like our customers to be completely satisfied with the goods they have purchased from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days from receipt of the goods for a prompt exchange or refund. Shipping and Paypal fees we accrue are incurred at your risk and are not refundable.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from www.moanaquilts.com prior to returning the item. You may request authorization by clicking on the Return button located at the bottom of the home page. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt which was given to you and with the original packaging. There will be no refund on items returned that are not in saleable condition. Damage During Shipping: All shipments through USPS are sent with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Shipping companies have specific regulations for returns of damaged goods. When you receive a package from a shipper and it is damaged, you must contact them and report that the package arrived in damaged condition. You will need to keep all original packaging, including cartons and contents until the claim resolution process is finished. It may be necessary to make the packaging available to the shipping company for inspection.

Shipping Times: We make an effort to ship your order as soon as it's received. If your order does not ship the same day, it will usually be shipped the next business day.
